Focused on the individual
We will make an individual linguistic analysis, employee-by-employee, in order to set achievable and realistic quantitave and qualitative objectives.
We will determine a schedule of achievement, within a closed budget. If you accept, we will establish a training calendar linking diverse learning modules to professionally prepared student tailored content.
Throughout the development of the course, in addition to our own in-house system of quality control and continuous internal training, we will make varied control tools available in real time as well as appointing a unique individual contact responsible for day-to-day management and control.
Our Quarterly evwill validate the success of each stage of the pedagogical objectives previously established for each student, these reports will run simultaneously with our satisfaction reports that will provide feedback on activity inside the classroom. Personal objectives and achievements
At the end of every training period of 11 months, an objective and impartial external evaluation will be the one that verifies the real effectiveness of the program, with an employee’s progress compared with the objectives fixed at the beginning of the program.
In this way you will be able verify that we have fulfilled our given commitment. Our guarantee of achievement will simply state that if a student does not reach his agreed objectives, we will extend their program, free of charge, until they reach it.
