For our part, we, have our own tools to control the training process:
- Weekly listing of absences
- Quarterly, individual evaluation of each student by their trainer
- Observation and quarterly evaluation of each trainer by the Director of Teaching Quality, the Director of Studies and their Supervisors
- Fortnightly seminar for trainers (Continuing Professional Development)
- Fortnightly meeting for all trainers with their Supervisor
- Fortnightly meeting of the Supervisors with the Director of Studies
- Fortnightly meeting of the Director of Teaching Quality with the Director of Studies
- Fortnightly meeting of the Director of Studies with the Department Director and the Client Account Manager. |
