Senior English Course
For mature students who would like to take advantage of the quiet morning hours to begin or continue existing studies.
3 hours a week
If you’re over 50, our Senior Courses combine all the advantages of ih Madrid’s excellent communicative classes with the opportunity to study in a friendly atmosphere with people your own age and teachers experienced in working with more mature learners.

Professional English Course
A “Classic format” course designed to help develop the English needed in a professional working environment.
3 hours a week
If English is important for your work now or could be so in the future, our Professional English programme will enable you to make progress in general while addressing specific work-related areas such as making presentations, telephoning, using computers in English and marketing.

Blended English Course
A combined course integrating face-to-face classes with a guided programme of on-line activities
3 hours a week in class + c .5 hours a week on-line; complete an IH level in 4 ½ months
Designed to combine all the advantages of a traditional classroom-based course with the innovation of on-line learning. This course is ideal for you if you have a busy schedule or variable working hours and need a certain degree of flexibility about when you study.

Conversation Club
Designed as a complement to regular classes or as a stand-alone activity
Sessions last one hour; various timetables
If you need to further develop your oral fluency or simply enjoy chatting in English, come to the Conversation Club. A member of our teaching team co-ordinates the sessions, in which everyone has the opportunity to talk about subjects of topical interest, play games or take part in debates. Our flexible “bono” system means you can attend whenever it suits you
