Training Process
Focused on the individual
We will carry out an individual linguistic analysis, employee-by-employee, in order to set achievable and realistic quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Working with yourselves we will determine a schedule of achievement, within a closed budget. If you accept, we will establish a training calendar linking diverse learning modules to professionally prepared student tailored content.
Throughout the development of the course, in addition to our own in-house system of quality control and continuous internal training, we will make varied control tools available in real time as well as appointing a contact responsible for day-to-day management and control.
Regular evaluations will validate the success of each stage of the pedagogical objectives previously established for each student, these reports will run simultaneously with our satisfaction reports that will provide feedback on activity inside the classroom.
