Discover Spanish gastronomy through a 2.5-hour group cooking class where you’ll learn the fundamentals of Spanish cuisine while preparing a complete menu.
More than simply following recipes, the experience focuses on learning useful culinary techniques and working with high-quality, easy-to-find ingredients. You’ll discover how to prepare simple, flavourful and healthy dishes in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
The experience takes place in a Spanish-speaking setting alongside local and international participants, giving you another opportunity to listen, interact and enjoy Spanish outside the classroom.

The pass provides access to the museums’ permanent collections and is valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to plan your visits during your stay.

Explore Spain through its wines with a tasting experience in a small and charming wine bar close to our school.
Depending on the session, you may discover the fundamentals of Spanish wine, explore different winemaking styles or take part in a single-varietal, multi-terroir tasting.
No previous knowledge is required. The tastings are open to all experience levels and bring together local and international participants, making them a relaxed way to discover another side of Spanish culture and meet new people.
Schedule: 8:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Sessions take place on the first Tuesday, second Thursday and third Thursday of each month.
Price: €30
IH Madrid students also receive an extra 10% discount on bottle purchases on the day of the tasting.
Participants must be of legal drinking age. No sessions in January or from 9 to 20 August.
